We were looking for a nice place for swimming and I remembered Tambobong in Dasol, Pangasinan  15.930697 N, 119.784986 E.  We packed light, then headed to Tambobong in Jimny via NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX then exited in Ramos then drove to Paniqui, Camiling, Alaminos, Mabini, Burgos, Dasol.  There is a road segment in Dasol to Tambobong that is 4x4 only.  We left Quezon City at 1100 hours Sept. 27, 2014, ate lunch San Clemente 15.71111N 120.36227E  in front of Petron gas station that serves very yummy wild boar adobo and papaitan and kambing (goat) at very affordable price.  We were satisfied.  We reached Tambobong at 1500 hours.  We stayed at Abella's place, 2500 pesos for 3 adults and 1 child.  They were the ones who bought and cooked food for us for dinner, breakfast and lunch.  They were the ones who contacted the boat owner for boat ride to Culebra island in the morning.  Over all, we payed 4700 pesos for the overnight stay, food and boat ride for 3 adults and 1 child.  I gave 500 peso tip each for the 2 ladies who assisted us in Abella's place, they were nice and accommodating.  Abella's place has electricity and water and aircon.  The water closet in restroom is small though.

The beach in front of Abella's is awesome!  Just look at the pics! At 1700 hours, my son told me that he wants to go dip in white sand beach in front of Abella's.  So we swam from 1700 hours to 2000 hours.  The place is quiet and nice and we did stargazing while swimming just like in Casiguran.  The experience is really nice.  

Then we ate supper.  We had yellow fin tuna and squid for supper.

Sept. 28, 2014.  We woke up early 0600 hours, just had coffee, bread, milo and bread for my son. Then took off for boat ride to Culebra island 15.881794 N, 119.778130 E .  Before reaching Culebra island, we stopped at the cave in crocodile island 15.91438 N 119.77193 E and took pictures.

The cave is crocodile island is nice.  Culebra island is also very nice white sand place!  at 0900 hours, we left Culebra island to see the boat wreck artifact in Balinmanok 15.921538 N, 119.801391 E.  Took pictures of the wreck then went back to Abella's.  Upon reaching Abella's, my son wouldn't rinse, instead he continued swimming at the beach till 1000 hours.  We especially my son really enjoyed Tambobong beach.  Just awesome.  We then ate breakfast / lunch, we had yellow fin tuna again and squid and hotdog for my son.

We then bought lots of fish and lots of squid in Tambobong.  Tambobong is a fishing village, and they sell these near Abella's.

We left Tambobong at 1300 hours to Manila.

Those were 2 days full of good things, we were happy.

And guys, if ever u go to places, please keep the place clean.  Do not throw your garbage just anywhere.  Please have the discipline to keep the place clean.  And visitors, please do not be loud.
